Welcoming and helpful staff especially Irfan and Shafiq. Thanks to them for answering all my queries even late in the evening. We were happy with the amenities and the service. The bath towels were changed everyday, bottled water was supplied and the apartment was serviced. The location was good with street food across the road and walking distance to eateries nearby.

The room was in a great downtown location with many restaurants, a bakery, and several mini-marts nearby. We did not have a car so we either walked or took Grab to go everywhere and it worked great. The main living space was large and we spent a lot of time at the dining table or on the couch during the warmer parts of the day. The bedroom was separate so if one of us got up early we did not bother the other. The combo washer/drawer was great to have as well. The room had a good shower and a decent-size bathroom as well.

The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city and conveniently situated in front of an excellent Nasi Kandar restaurant. If you're not a light sleeper, the street noise won't be an issue. The room itself is spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed with high ceilings that add to the sense of openness. It comes fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a convenient 2-in-1 washing machine and dryer. The staff are exceptionally helpful and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

The property is clean and updated with good kitchen facilities. Bathroom clean with good shower pressure. Aircon works fine and quiet. Large spacious room. Large bed with soft and comfortable pillows. Most of the eateries and places of interest are within walking distance if don't mind the traffic otherwise you call a Grab taxi which is the most convenient way to move around the town and the fare is reasonable. The staff Seyviar Lam and team were very helpful and nice. Check in was smooth and they allow me to check in early. Communication is through "whatsapp" and the response is fast.
